Nearly 30 years ago bio-bottle was established out of a customer enquiry from Brisbane for infectious substance packaging. At the time options were scarce and very expensive. We stepped up to the challenge and created the Orange bio-bottle – an affordable, customer-focused solution to the client’s specific requirements. Fast forward and this one product has grown to include a range of rigid, flexible and temperature-controlled solutions using phase change technology (check out the ultra-freeze Plus offering below 0°C for 168+ hours (7 days) without dry ice!). It’s only fitting that from this one enquiry in Brisbane we are now branching into Australia. We welcome you and thank you for being a part of this new journey.
Melbourne’s CBD, with warehouse storage in Kensington, close to North Melbourne is going to be our new home away from home. This new location will enable us to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients by providing direct support and distribution – no third party conversations. Growth into Australia will also assist our New Zealand clients, as we understand that many companies have additional offices and collaborators across the Tasman. Benefits include continuity of resources and processes between departments and collaborators, immediate product support, an opportunity to be a part of our R&D and quick turn around time on customised solutions.
This website designed for Australia, slightly different than our New Zealand counterpart, is set up as a fully functional ecommerce store. Sales are currently facilitated by our New Zealand team until the new Melbourne site is launched.
All goods are listed on our website are in AUD, excluding GST. Shipping is arranged via DHL or TNT, duties and taxes are not included. For product availability in another region our distributors listed here are available to assist your international offices and collaborators.
